What a porta potty rental costs, and why we quote instead of publish
We do not list a headline rate, because a single number would be wrong for most of the jobs we do. Here is exactly what goes into the figure you get, so you can sanity-check ours against anyone else's.
Why there is no price list here
A weekend event unit in Mentor and a monthly job-site unit in Chardon with twice-weekly servicing are not the same product, and any site that shows you one price for both is either quoting the cheapest possible scenario or is not the company that will actually deliver it.
We would rather publish the mechanics. If you know what moves the number, you can tell within a minute of a phone call whether a quote is honest — ours included.
The six things that set your price
01
Number of units
The single biggest factor. Capacity comes from unit count, and unit count comes from crew size or guest count, duration and usage intensity.
02
Rental duration
Event rentals are priced as a short-term drop and pickup. Job sites are billed on a monthly cycle, which is substantially cheaper per day than a weekend rental.
03
Delivery distance
Everything ships from our Mentor yard. Mentor, Concord, Painesville and Willoughby are the shortest runs; Chardon and the western edge of our area involve more drive time.
04
Servicing frequency
Weekly service is standard. More frequent pump-outs for high-traffic sites or multi-day events add cost, and are sometimes the difference between a usable unit and an unusable one.
05
Unit type
Standard units are the baseline. Deluxe flushing units, accessible units and especially restroom trailers each step up from there.
06
Access and placement difficulty
Straightforward truck access costs nothing extra. Long carries, difficult approaches or placements that need a return trip because the site was not ready do affect the quote — and we will say so before the work, not after.
What is always included
- Delivery and placement inside our service area
- Pickup at the end of the rental term
- The unit stocked and ready to use at drop-off
- Scheduled servicing for any rental longer than a week
- A quote that states its assumptions in writing
What could add cost
None of these are hidden. Every one of them gets raised with you before it is billed.
- Additional service visits beyond the agreed interval
- Relocating a unit after placement at your request
- A return trip when a scheduled pickup or service visit cannot be completed because access was blocked
- Damage beyond normal wear, discussed with you before it is billed
- Deliveries outside our standard service area, quoted case by case

Tell us the job. We'll tell you what it needs.
Call during answering hours and you'll speak to the people who run the trucks, or send a quote request and we'll come back with a specific number and the assumptions behind it.
