The company behind the units
NovaSani Porta Potty Pros is a portable restroom rental operator based in Mentor, Ohio. We own the equipment, run the delivery and service trucks, and answer our own phone.
What we are responsible for
Everything between your phone call and the empty spot where the unit used to be. We take the booking, size the order, load and deliver the units, place them where you direct, run the servicing route that keeps them usable, and collect them at the end of the term. There is no third party in that chain.
That matters more than it sounds. A large share of the porta potty websites you will find for this area are lead brokers — you submit a form, your details are sold, and whichever company buys the lead shows up. When something goes wrong on a broker job, nobody in the chain owns the problem. When something goes wrong on ours, you call +1 (440) 298-8739 and reach the people who can fix it.
Where we operate from
One yard, at 7520 Clover Ave in Mentor. Every unit we rent starts and ends there. We serve Mentor, Painesville, Willoughby, Eastlake, Concord Township, Kirtland, Wickliffe and Chardon on a regular route, and we will tell you honestly when an address is too far out to service reliably rather than taking the booking and hoping.
We do not have offices, branches or staffed locations in any other city, and you will not find us claiming one. A company that lists a dozen local addresses for a business with one yard is telling you something about how it operates.
How we answer the phone
Calls answered 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Deliveries, pickups and route servicing are scheduled Monday through Friday, with Saturday delivery and pickup available by arrangement. Sunday: phones are not staffed. Voicemail and quote requests are returned the next business morning.
We quote by phone or email rather than through an instant online calculator, because the questions that actually determine your order — how long guests are on site, whether there is alcohol, where the truck can get in, what the ground is like in March — are a conversation, not a dropdown.
What is deliberately not on this site
- No review scores or testimonials. We would rather show nothing than publish reviews we have not genuinely earned. When we have real ones, they will appear here with the customer's name attached.
- No invented awards or certifications. We do not hold industry awards, so we do not display badges for them.
- No published rate card. A single headline price would be wrong for most jobs. The pricing page explains every factor instead.
- No compliance guarantees. We rent accessible units and we will place them properly, but whether your event or site is ADA compliant depends on much more than a restroom, and that determination is yours, not ours.
